What is the maximum amount I can apply for IPO using UPI?

The limit for IPO application is 2 Lakhs per transaction on UPI. The consolidated limit in a day towards IPO applications is 4 lakhs. 

Will I be charged for using UPI option to apply for IPO?

There are no charges for using UPI as payment option to apply for IPO.

Do I need to produce any additional documentation for availing this facility?

No. You do not need to produce  any further physical documentation to avail this facility.

Does a customer need to register bank account or UPI ID before transacting in IPO using UPI?

You can use your existing UPI ID at the time of bid placement.
