2. Card replacement & renewal for logo 210 (811 #DreamDifferent Credit Card – Gold variant) :
   • Card replacement request can be placed by either the Primary cardholder or an Add-on cardholder. Irrespective of who is placing the request, both the cards will be replaced. Please note, if the same is initiated by the primary cardholder, both cards need to be active. The cards will be replaced from Gold variant to Platinum variant.
   • Card renewal is an automated process. In case a customer holds both Primary & Add-on cards, then both the cards will be renewed. Please note, if the primary card is due for renewal, then both cards need to be active. The cards will be renewed from Gold variant to Platinum variant.
